Veganz Group AG is a young company that is in a transformation phase. In the short term, we will therefore probably not generate distributable net profit or retain all available funds and future profits for the time being. With this step, we plan to support our business activities and finance the growth and further development of our Company. Accordingly, we do not currently intend to distribute dividends in the foreseeable future.
