Michael Durach has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Veganz Group AG since 2021. He graduated in business administration from University of Regensburg, Germany. Michael Durach is a family entrepreneur and leads the Develey Group, Germany's largest mustard supplier, together with his brother Stefan Durach in the fourth generation. He started his professional career as a key account manager in the FMCC industry outside the family business and joined the Develey Group in 1995, where he held positions in sales and marketing. Since 1999, he has served as Managing Director of the Develey Group and as such is responsible, among other things, for the implementation and monitoring of the sustainability strategy, which was awarded the German Sustainability Award in 2020. In addition, Michael Durach holds a variety of honorary offices, including in the fields of business administration, sustainable management and agribusiness. In 2019, he received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. He has also been an Advisory Board Member at the Centre for Sustainable Corporate Management (Zentrum für Nachhaltige Unternehmensführung, ZNU) at the University of Witten/Herdecke since 2016.
